Gung Jeon Bang laid the groundwork for green management, promoting eco-friendly production activities by introducing the environmental management system (ISO 9001) to all factories in 2015, the Six Sigma quality management system, and the ISO 22000 in 2016. Recently, to continuously reduce greenhouse gas emissions from all plants annually, we have continually promoted greenhouse gas reduction activities, such as introducing an integrated air conditioning facilities management system.

To promote fair subcontracting transactions, we have established four guidelines, applied them to company rules, and complied with them. We have formed and operated the internal deliberation committee on subcontracting transactions for the ex post facto review of the legality of subcontracting transactions and prompt handling of disputes. In addition, we organized a department dedicated to the promotion of fair trade and promoted regular in-house training on subcontracting laws, striving to create a company-wide fair trade culture.

The philosophy of social contribution aims to realize sustainable management and contribute to the development of the local community by engaging in eco-friendly economic activities and fulfilling social responsibilities actively. Gung Jeon Bang pursues the idea of a company lasting with the local community by directing our service toward volunteer activities, representative social contribution programs reflecting our uniqueness as a food company, and social contribution activities satisfying the local community's needs.
